Registration instructions

Please note that the registration form can be filled only if you are able to provide some data which are necessary according to the current Italian laws. In particular, you will be asked to fill the following fields:
  • Your personal data and e-mail, including affiliation data
  • Number of accompanying persons and particular requests, if any
  • Appropriate registration fee based upon your status (i.e. Students and Postdocs, ...)
  • Invoice holder data (in general your institution/company; otherwise you, the participant)
  • If the invoice holder is
    • Institution in the European Union: VAT number of your institution (mandatory)
    • Institution in extra-EU countries: TAX ID number of your institution (mandatory)
    • Italian Participant: Codice Fiscale (Italian fiscal code) (mandatory)
    • Not Italian Participant: PDF copy of your Passport (mandatory if you don't have an Italian Fiscal Code) and Codice Fiscale (Italian Fiscal Code) (not mandatory but preferred if you already have one)
    Please note that once the invoice is issued under either your name or your institution name, it is not possible to change it.

Registration fees

Early registration fee (with payment by 06 Apr 2025)
  • EUR 400 for ISBA, ISI or SIS members
  • EUR 175 for ISBA, ISI or SIS Students and Postdocs
  • EUR 200 for Students and Postdocs
  • EUR 425 for Others
Late registration fee (for payment after 06 Apr 2025)
  • EUR 475 for ISBA, ISI or SIS members
  • EUR 225 for ISBA, ISI or SIS Students and Postdocs
  • EUR 250 for Students and Postdocs
  • EUR 500 for Others
The registration fee includes two lunches, social dinner and coffee breaks; it does not include the accommodation.

Please contact the BISP14 Secretariat (bisp14@mi.imati.cnr.it) for the accompanying persons attending the social dinner.

No reimbursement foreseen.

Abstract submission

If you wish to submit an abstract later, select 'Yes' and enter a temporary title. You will be able to complete your submission by 02 Feb 2025 using the credentials you will receive by email

Please upload your abstract.
After submission, it will still be possible to update the contributions by 02 Feb 2025, using the login/password received by email.
You will receive an acceptance notification email by 16 Feb 2025 along with confirmation of your presentation format
(oral presentation or vertical A0 poster).
After acceptance by 16 Feb 2025, you will be allowed to upload slides and a short video summary of your presentation if you wish. Please note that in this case all the materials will be published on the BISP14 webpage.
Note: Only abstracts of presenting authors who have registered for the Workshop and have paid the registration fee by the 06 Apr 2025 deadline will be scheduled for presentation.
